Sunil Furtado a multi-talented personality who exemplifies humility, simplicity, and spirituality in his service to the community in various fronts, has taken over the leadership of MCCP for the year 2017 \u2013 2018.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Sunil is the last among the nine children of Joseph and Josephine Furtado from Barkur Parish in Udupi Diocese. After completing his primary education in Barkur, he moved to Mumbai, wherein he graduated majoring in Physics.\u00a0 He went on to pursue his Masters in Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing & Systems from T A Pai Management Institute, a leading Business school. Besides excelling in academics, he took up many leadership roles in various Student councils.\u00a0 He started his working career with the renowned Raymond Group in Mumbai and subsequently joined the prestigious Saud Bahwan Automotive Group in Muscat, where he currently holds the post of Senior Manager in the Organisation.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Sunil was the Honorary Treasurer for MCCP in the year 2015-16 and currently is the Vice President of Mangalorean Catholic Community of the Holy Spirit Church, Ghala. He has been actively involved in various forums that promote growth and development of individuals as well as the community at large.\u00a0 Besides his role in the community, he plays many different roles such as a Catechist, Lector and Eucharistic Minister in the Holy Spirit Church. Probably, this deep involvement in the faith formation of children, teenagers and adults too, has led to his pious demeanor, modesty, patience and pleasant disposition even in trying situations.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Sunil is married to Sunita, who is a multifaceted personality herself and they are blessed with two sons Johan and Zephan, who are students of ISM.<\/strong><\/p>\n
